ReviewNikko Onsen is a simple yet very clean and very open feeling sento. From the spacious waiting room to the tall roof in the baths this sento feels big, despite it’s real size. The features, the baths, the chaining room are all very clean and well maintained. Water constantly flows from the spigots recycling the baths. There’s a good selection of temperatures and bath sizes. The jet bath is one of the best I’ve been in. The water in the tub with the jet baths has a strong chlorine smell that was distracting. Besides that one small complaint, this was a great sento. It’s also close to the station making it a good one to try out.

ReviewI found this sento by mistake as it was not listed on Google Maps. Large lobby with a smallish changing room that seemed to not have enough lockers during the busy evening rush I experienced. Baths were extra hot and it felt like I burnt my hand with the water coming from the hot tap while shaving. Locals seemed to be very local, if that makes any sense, but the front staff was very nice. Yu~deruland Miyako is in a good location down one of the shotengai from Kyobashi Station in an area where there are not many other sento options nearby. It is a good place to keep in mind if you are in the area and looking for a soak.

Review*Closed* A small sento, but a perfect example. Old, but clean. Small, but efficient in it's use of space. There are only three baths here, but that's all that's needed if it's planned right. The water here felt clean and hot. The herbal bath filled the air in the small bathing area with a great scent. The mosaic of Fuji-san was one of the best I've seen. Great place for a first sento experience.
