Review:Hinata is the closest supersento to Shin-Osaka station and offers a free shuttle bus to the station. The supersento itself is built on the top floor of an apartment building that the tenants have free access too. It is smaller supersento and it suffers from what I feel was the architect having a lack of experience building large bathing areas, but its good points way outweigh these smaller problems. The view is impressive of the Umeda area skyline along and it offers decent views of planes coming into Itami Airport. Sadly there are only two indoor baths but who wants to be inside in a place like this. Outside the main shallow bath has led lights built into the bottom and many real plants making it very relaxing. This would be a fun place to take a first timer or guest from abroad for their introduction to Japanese bath culture. The small snack counter is nicely equipped and offers a foot bath plus a balcony with a second foot bath. A great place for having a post bath drink. Very highly recommended. If you come by car you will have to use one of the coin operated paid parking lots as this supersento does not have a parking lot.

The electric bath is also treated with something that makes the entire bath opaque white. It felt good, but I did not notice a smell. Pleasant place and good to remember, thanks to the location.

Review: You can learn a lot about a place through the signs they post inside. For example, this one has "use soap to wash your body" and "if you don't follow proper hygiene, you will be barred from entry." So, in the case of this sento, I can't really recommend it. The full-body shower near the front was also superb. A big cold bath is also available with clean, nicely chlorinated water. The best bath here is their electric one. It is just a little bit too strong in a good way. The owner of the Bandai seemed friendly enough. Not so much aesthetically speaking here, other than the nice glass fixtures along the back wall. Review: The most real retro sento. This one is not for the faint of heart and should be avoided unless you know what you are getting into. The floor and baths are filled with spots of uneven tiles, so watch your step. The baths were small and simple, showing their age. However, the best thing here was a cold shower. However, it is next to the entrance. Be careful, as the spray will hit anyone nearby, including anyone entering or exiting the baths. Lastly, the toilets are down a creaky wooden hallway, which I enjoy but might turn off some bathers. Visit Date: July 2022

Review: This is the closest sento to Juso station on the KFC side. The sento is on the first floor of a stoic-looking apartment building. Inside there is a strong community center feel to the place, with lots of stuff all over the place. Also, some fun murals are painted on the walls in the changing room and baths. Simple and friendly in a Happiness Hotel from The Muppets Take Manhattan kinda way. I liked it. Larger than expected cold water bath and a sauna accessed from the changing room.
This is one of the sento that doesn't want you to use the cold water for rinsing off as it will raise the temperature of the bath.

Review:Sweet older sento about halfway between Juso and Nishinakajima Minamikata stations on the Hankyu Kyoto Line. Long walk however. The bathing area was clean and the tubs were made out of well worn stone. I liked the large stones in the floor also. Sadly there is no cold bath and the shower is broken. The changing room could need some repairs as could the bathroom and small garden. Kotobuki-yu is beautiful, a little investment would make it outstanding.

Review:Yu~Raku is a nice basic Osaka sento a short walk from Juso station. The location is a bit far, but it's a good place to remember in case you're looking for a quick bath before or after a night out. The baths are all soft water. Good place.
