Review: I had been here before but it was after a tough hike and I forgot about it so we returned as a family. The wife and child found the wide range of baths enjoyable. Like all Suishun outlets, this one is top notch, and you get good quality for your money. The natural spring bath here is only outside and a bit opaque in with a blackish brown color. The smell is overpowered by the disinfectant they use. Body feel is a bit dry and very noticeable. This is a quality spring. Other baths include a great milky/microbubble, normal carbonated, and some of the best jets around. The cold water was what you would expect for a supersento of this size. I did not check out the tower sauna but the steam sauna (with 2 different types of salt, fancy!) had herbs on the steam outlet giving the room a lovely smell. Top notch supersento and worth making your way there especially if you are in the area. Review: The hot spring is back on tap here. One of the best supersento in Kansai is even better and even more filled with kids now that it is run by the Yukai resort group. They have added with admission to the baths a free soda drink bar which has straight soda water with no syrup. I drank about 2 liters! Hahaha! There are also some TVs with retro consoles (SNES, MegaDrive) set up on them for free play and a few computers with internet access. I saw some old guy just getting to work on a word document there! Best new addition is the kids climbing wall. Like all the Yukai places rules are only mildly obeyed so you can climb how you want. Glad to see this place being well used. Good supersento experience and recommended for beginners. Visit Date: February 2021

Old Review:Neya was one of my favorite supersento then they turned off the hot spring, with no reason given. Maybe it got contaminated. To replace the spring water they have treated the water in the main rotenburo to make it feel soft, so it is not that bad. I just cannot feel right paying the same price for no natural spring water in this supersento. It is a very well designed supersento however. There is a great selection of temperatures in the indoor baths including a warm heavily carbonated bath. Good place but ¥800 on the weekends for no spring water is a bit steep.
Update January 2020:They turned off their hot spring well for a while but were bought out by a different company, changed their name and seem to have reconnected their hot spring.
