Review: Decent spring in this hotel/kenko land old style urban hot spring. Before there were supersento this was it. Somewhat gym like and spartan but it has a few interesting points. The doughnut-shaped super shallow hot spring bath just as you enter was something new for me to see. I thought it was for decoration for splashing off with until someone sat down in it! The spring here is better than average with a squeaky skin feel. The outdoor bath is rock lined and offers a bit of a sky view. It is very good for cooling off in the falling snow. The daily bath on the day I visited was apple and ginger! That was not my favorite smell but unique. For the price and location, this is a great place to know!
